Who we are

At Litwicki Counseling, we believe therapy should be more than just talk — it should lead to real change. We provide action-focused, evidence-based care to help you break old patterns, build new habits, and live with more clarity, purpose, and peace. Whether you're navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, or ADHD, we offer compassionate support and practical tools to help you move forward. Therapy can be faith-integrated for those who desire it — always respectful, never pushy. We're here to help you do the work that changes your life.

Meet Molly Litwicki, LCSW

Hi, I’m Molly — a licensed clinical social worker, addiction specialist, and the founder of Litwicki Counseling. I work with adults who are ready to face what’s not working and take steps toward lasting change. With nearly a decade of experience in mental health and addiction recovery, I know how hard — and how worth it — this process can be.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University, with a focus in Clinical Social Work, and I’m certified in TEAM-CBT as well as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Professional (ADHD-CCSP). My approach is direct, compassionate, and results-driven, and I specialize in treating substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and motivation issues. I offer therapy that blends evidence-based methods like TEAM-CBT and DBT with a deep respect for each client’s values and goals.

As a Catholic therapist, I also offer faith-integrated therapy for those who want to bring their Catholic beliefs into the process, though it’s never required. If you’re looking for therapy that gets to work and gets results, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

How we work

I take an active, collaborative approach to therapy—one that’s structured, compassionate, and focused on real progress. I draw from several evidence-based modalities to meet you where you are and tailor our work to what matters most to them.

  • TEAM-CBT

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

  • Psychoeducation and Skills Training

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, addiction, trauma, or motivation issues, I’ll work alongside you to develop the insight, tools, and momentum you need to move forward. Click on each modality on the right to read more and how it can support you.

  • TEAM-CBT is the foundational approach of my work. Developed by Dr. David Burns, this powerful approach blends cognitive-behavioral tools with empathy, agenda-setting, and real-time progress tracking to create lasting results.

  • A powerful tool for exploring ambivalence, building readiness for change, and reconnecting with your values—especially if your goals involve addiction recovery or relapse prevention.

  • Provides practical skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and navigating high-risk situations without impulsive behaviors.

  • Helps you get unstuck by focusing on what matters most to you and building psychological flexibility, even when difficult moments or discomfort shows up.

  • Keeps therapy forward-looking and strength-based by helping you identify what’s working and how to do more of it.

  • Whether we’re addressing ADHD, emotional regulation, or relapse risk, I provide practical tools to build insight and confidence outside of session.
